What is your name? Must be something good.
Who gave this name to you? Must be your parents or some close relative There are some who were not fortunate enough like you to be named by someone they belong to. Well, they were still fortunate enough to be named, raised and loved by someone who they don't belong to but matter to. They were fortunate that they were rescued by Palna.
Imagine a new born who was once found wrapped in a polythene with cotton stuffed in mouth and dumped like a piece of garbage is now able to ride tricycles and read alphabet. This is what Palna- an initiative by Delhi Council of Child Welfare has achieved. They work day in and day out for the well being of the children who are either left in the palna placed in their garden or found dumped in a dustbin.
Palna is an initiative by Delhi Council of Child Welfare which works with the aim of giving a healthy and happy environment to every abandoned child. Those who are so handicapped that they can dump their kids should leave them in the palna, the place where they belong.
