Job Description:

Primary point of contact for the client and agency

Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their digital requirements

Working with internal stakeholders to devise an advertising campaign that meets the
client & brief and budget.

Working with the respective subject matter expert to brief the media, creative and
content team and assisting with the formulation of digital marketing strategies

Ensuring quality delivery as per the defined SOW

Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns

Assist in preparing pitches for new clients

Preparing and presenting monthly reports

Sense of ownership; responsible for client budget management & performance
monitoring

Ensuring that communication flows effectively between the internal & external stakeholders

Work closely with the team members/ stakeholders to meet goals
