August 2025 was a pivotal month dedicated to nurturing a culture of learning, celebrating our rich heritage, and embracing exciting new beginnings. We came together with a shared aspiration to expand our knowledge, strengthen our community bonds, and extend our physical presence across India. From gaining valuable insights directly from our leadership to honouring our cultural roots and inaugurating new offices, we've collectively laid the groundwork for a future brimming with innovation and collaborative success.

Learning with Leadership : An Exclusive AMA Session

We kicked off the month with a powerful learning opportunity, an exclusive "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) session with Mr Varun Seth, our Managing Partner - Business & Strategy. This unique event gave us all a chance to engage directly with one of our key leaders, allowing us to ask pressing questions and gain invaluable insights into the company’s strategic vision and future plans. The session, held on August 1st, was a seamless phygital event, ensuring that our in-office teams in Gurugram and our remote colleagues across India could participate actively.

Celebrating India’s Spirit : AGL’s Swadeshi Movement

To honour India's heritage, we celebrated Independence Day 2025 with two special Swadeshi events. On August 14th, we engaged our remote employees with the Dil Se Swadeshi virtual quiz, an online journey through India's rich legacy and local pride. Following this, we brought everyone together at our Gurugram office for the Swadeshi Mela on August 20th. This vibrant Mela was a true celebration of talent and tradition, offering a space for creators, foodies, and anyone who loves all things handmade and homegrown to shine.

Spreading Hope & Joy : AGL Ganpati Celebrations

We celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with a hands-on approach and a lot of festive cheer. At AGL Gurugram, we hosted a Pot Making activity on August 26th and a Pot Painting activity on August 27th, where we got our hands dirty creating and decorating pots in a Bappa-style theme. These creative sessions were complemented by a Ganesh Pooja on August 27th, bringing devotion and positivity to our office. The celebrations extended with a special Bhandara at our Noida office on August 29th, and similar gatherings were held to keep the festive spirit alive in our Jaipur, Chennai, Mohali, and Patna offices.

Nayi Shuruwat : New Office Inaugurations

August 2025 marked a significant new beginning for AGL as we celebrated the inauguration of two new offices, expanding our footprint across India. We were thrilled to open the doors to our new Jaipur office on August 27th and our Chennai office on August 29th. These new locations are a testament to our continuous growth and our aspiration to create new spaces for collaboration, innovation, and success together.

We're energised by the spirit of August 2025 and excited to move forward. With new learnings and a renewed sense of purpose, we will continue to nurture growth and push the boundaries of what we can achieve together.
