March Highlights: Celebrating Creativity & Diversity

Women’s Day Quiz
We kicked off March by honouring the incredible women of AGL with a fun and engaging Women’s Day Quiz. The event celebrated women’s achievements while reinforcing the importance of inclusion and empowerment in the workplace.

Women’s Day Celebration: “Celebrate You”
AGLites came together for a special “Celebrate You” session, recognising the contributions of women in tech and beyond. We reinforced our commitment to a diverse and equitable workplace with fun and interactive activities. All women at AGL were also gifted the Eveready Siren DL102 Rechargeable Torch with 100 Decibels (dba) Personal Safety Alarm, encouraging them to prioritise their safety at all times.

Holi Sip & Paint
Creativity took centre stage at our Holi Sip & Paint event. Colleagues unleashed their artistic flair while enjoying vibrant colours and refreshing beverages, a perfect blend of relaxation and innovation. It is a one-of-a-kind experience that AGLites enjoyed to the fullest.

Rangotsav 2025 | A Celebration of Colours & Creativity Our annual Rangotsav brought teams together for a day of joyous celebrations. From traditional Holi colours to team games, the event strengthened bonds and reminded us of the power of collaboration. The sheer vibrancy of the event rejuvenated every AGLite in the best possible way.

Kavi Sammelan (World Poetry Day)
On World Poetry Day, AGLites showcased their literary talents at the Kavi Sammelan. The event highlighted the beauty of expression, proving that creativity drives meaningful connections. Our AGLites proved that their innovative minds and poetic hearts set them apart.

Tuffman’s Gurugram Half Marathon
Fitness and perseverance took the spotlight as AGLites participated in Tuffman’s Gurugram Half Marathon. The event mirrored our professional journey, challenging yet rewarding, pushing us to go further. From associates to senior management, several AGLites participated in different runs enthusiastically.

April Focus: Sustainability, Heritage & Health

Waste Not, Want Not: Earth Day Drive
For World Earth Day, we organised a donation drive for old clothes, plastic, paper, glass, medicines, and metal (all in good condition), promoting sustainable practices. Several AGLites at our Gurgaon office contributed to this initiative and truly embraced the concept of a cleaner, greener Earth.

Threads of Tradition: World Culture Day One of the most beautiful events in April was organised on World Culture and Heritage Day. AGLites shared stories, recipes, and traditions from their heritage, celebrating the diversity that fuels our innovation. The event truly made everyone embrace Bharat’s unity in diversity.

Heart Health with Dr Samanjoy Mukherjee
As unhealthy lifestyle habits, stress, and personal concerns increase one’s risk of heart-related conditions, AGL made it a priority to address them with an expert’s advice. Dr Samanjoy Mukherjee, a renowned cardiologist, guided AGLites on preventive care and positive lifestyle changes, aligning with World Health Day.
