Board of Directors

Kosuke Kataoka is the managing director at Hakuhodo India. He has been actively associated with the dynamic automobile advertising category. In Japan, he has handled Suzuki cars and bikes since 1993 and brings forth a rich experience in handling automobile clients in the domestic as well as overseas markets.

Mandeep has more than two decades of experience in IT and Marketing. He has successfully run multi-million dollar practices and has played a pivotal role in getting AGL to where it is. He has not just chaired the growth of AGL but has also looked after international sales from Pennsylvania, USA.

Rakesh heads AGL along with an enthusiastic battalion of 750+. He has been on an entrepreneurial sojourn since 2007 and he believes that for even the greatest business offering to be successful, marketing them in the right way is an absolute necessity. He is also a big proponent of integrated marketing approach, wherein strategic use of tools & ideas can enable businesses to "attract, engage and retain" right customers.

Born in Tokyo, and raised in Tokyo and Kanagawa, Hideaki has joined Hakuhodo in 1991 and started his career as an account executive. In 2003, he joined Hakuhodo Hong Kong as the business director and led the team to handle a variety of clients both Japanese and global. He moved Beijing as the Managing Director of TBWA Hakuhodo Beijing and then moved to Indonesia as the Director of Hakuhodo Indonesia in 2010. Under his leadership, Hakuhodo Indonesia was awarded four times as the Agency of the Year in Indonesia. He has also expanded the business in Indonesia and established 2 brand agencies and 1 digital agency. After 17 years or experience in Hakuhodo’s overseas business, he now looks after the operation in Asia Pacific (except for Thailand) and India, and is excited to take a part as the board director of AdGlobal360.

A Taiwanese by birth, raised in Tokyo and educated in New York, Wei-Chun has joined Hakuhodo in 2000 and started his career as an account executive, and joining TBWA/HAKUHODO as an original member in 2004, he has gained his skills in integrated marketing & communication. Since 2007, as an account director, he has lead several global client’s regional marketing & communication, co-working with TBWA’s global agency network. Joined Hakuhodo International in 2014, with a strong motivation to dedicate his career to strengthen Hakuhodo’s global competency, and as a Management Planning Director, his role extended to new business investment including M&A, overlooking ASEAN & Indian market. Wei-Chun currently leads a Business Investment Group as a Group Manager, vigorously dreaming to build a strong and competitive global agency network of Hakuhodo International.

Shweta is an acknowledged leader in eCommerce, digital and experiential marketing. In AGL, She heads eBux: an in-house incepted Etail Marketing solution which caters to dynamic demands for some of the biggest national and multinational FMCG, CPG and Automobile brands.

Tathagata brings in over 25 years of work experience across Sales, Advertising and Marketing, with significant understanding of Automobile and Telecom categories. In AGL he is aiming at constructing new business strategies to maximize the marketplace potential, ensuring integrated storytelling based on data, insights and technology. 

Neeraj is a Digital Delivery Leader with 19 years of experience in delivering business growth with agility. He has an impeccable track record of lean management and program development. He is passionate about building high-performing teams through innovation and connection.

Varun has more than a decade of experience in setting up digital growth-roadmaps for various brands across platforms with strong result orientation. While Automobile is Varun's key sport, he also oversees business for the southern region of India with agility.

Sushant oversees an industry-leading insight and strategy team that is breaking new grounds for an array of brands in marketplaces where consumer behaviour is rapidly changing. With the expertise enriched over a decade, he also leads the digital transformation consulting practice.

Karan’s expertise lies in his ability to imagine and appreciate how all digital channels can work together. He quickly understands the client’s business challenges and how integrated digital solutions can be tailored to achieve their set goals. In recent years, Karan has powerfully built the hyperlocal marketing division which caters to Auto and BFSI sector clients.

With over a decade of digital experience, Sayantani has a nuanced understanding of the brand narrative. Along with leading a national award-winning digital campaign in the tourism sector, she also brings experience of working with a diverse cross sections of clientele from various industries like Education, BFSI, Beauty, FMCG, Real Estate, Nonprofit and Public sector.

Vinay has over 15 years of experience in conceptualising compelling customer experiences on the digital landscape. Along with his team, he takes care of a pool of creative deliverables. His focus is on enabling interactivity through creativity for an array of brands on different mediums.

Pawan brings forth decades of enriched experience in managing core finances along with project management. From the very initial days of AGL, Pawan has played an instrumental role in setting processes, benchmarks and transitioning the company and making it achieve some of the crucial milestones.

Janak has more than a decade of experience across diverse industries and multiple verticals like Business Analytics, Advertising and Business Analytics. In AGL he is leading the change management process and has successfully refined and implemented processes in the Finance Operations.
